Shipping and refund/return policy

Order processing:

All our jewellery is handmade with care. We create and ship each item within 7 days of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Elvenstar Design is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages

If any products are damaged or lost during shipping or If you receive a damaged order, please contact us.

You should save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

Returns Policy

We accept returns. You can return an item in its original packaging within [e.g., 30 days] of your purchase.

If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.
